Returns Policy

At Trolin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and accessories. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup (based on your location). After receiving the returned item, a quality inspection will be completed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval:
• Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method
• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI

If the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

We deliver orders across India with FREE shipping and no minimum order value. International shipping is not available at this time.
