You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The product must have original tags and packaging intact
- The item should be in resalable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
- Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our error)
- Products without original tags or packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share product images for verification
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

- Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case
