You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product must have original tags and packaging intact
  • The item should be in resalable condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
  • Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to our error)
  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share product images for verification
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case
  • Any applicable charges will be communicated during the return request
