Trolin – Warranty Policy

Trolin is a reseller of fashion handbags sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. While we do not manufacture these products ourselves, we aim to provide good-quality items and offer limited support in case of manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Coverage

Some products sold on Trolin may be eligible for a limited 6-month warranty against clear manufacturing defects only.

This may include:

  • Stitching defects
  • Broken or faulty zippers
  • Loose or damaged hardware (buckles, straps, handles)
  • Material defects identified during normal use

2. What Is Not Covered

The following are NOT covered under warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, stains, or color fading
  • Damage from overloading the bag
  • Intentional damage or modification
  • Water damage (unless the product is clearly marked as waterproof)

3. Warranty Period

The warranty, if applicable, is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Claim Warranty

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

Our team will evaluate the claim and, if approved, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Repair support (if possible)
  • Replacement of the same or similar product (subject to availability)

5. Processing Time

  • Claim review: 2–4 business days
  • Approved resolution processing: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping time for replaced/repaired products: up to 8 days

6. Replacement Availability

If the same product is not available, a similar product of equal value may be provided. No cash refunds are issued under warranty claims.

7. Claim Rejection

Warranty requests may be rejected if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse
  • The product is altered or repaired by a third party
  • False or incomplete information is provided

8. Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • If the claim is approved, Trolin may assist with return shipping
  • If the claim is rejected, return shipping charges may apply
