Trolin – Cancellation Policy

At Trolin, we aim to provide a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience. Please review our cancellation terms before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation immediately.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product after delivery under our 15-day Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • You may cancel a COD order before it is shipped at no extra cost
  • Please avoid refusing delivery at the doorstep
  • Repeated refusals may limit your future COD eligibility

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders

If you cancel before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

COD Orders

COD orders do not require a refund unless a payment has already been made.

5. Automatic Order Cancellation

Trolin may cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock
  • An invalid or incomplete address is provided
  • A high-risk or suspicious transaction is detected
  • Payment is not received for a prepaid order

Customers will be informed if such a cancellation occurs.
