Cancellation Policy – Trolin

At Trolin, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at our customer support email/phone with your Order ID.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

  • In such cases, customers can choose to refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, as per our return policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Cancellation by Trolin

Trolin reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Issues identified by our payment or logistics partners

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be provided.
