Trolin – Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the product after delivery under our 15-day Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • You may cancel before shipping at no extra cost.
  • Please avoid refusing delivery unless necessary.
  • Repeated refusals may limit future COD orders.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders: Full refund to original payment method within 3–7 business days.

COD Orders: No refund needed unless already paid.

5. Automatic Order Cancellation

  • Product out of stock
  • Invalid or incomplete address
  • High-risk or suspicious transaction
  • Payment not received

Customer will be notified in such cases.

Trolin – Replacement & Exchange Policy

1. Replacement / Exchange Window

Within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

  • Product damaged or defective on arrival
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Size / variant / color issue
  • Unused, in original packaging
  • All tags and accessories intact

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Product used, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Missing tags, box, or accessories
  • Request after 15 days
  • Fails quality check

4. How to Request

  • Provide reason
  • Attach photos/video (if required)

5. Shipping Time

Replacement orders ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery may take up to 8 days.

6. Exchange for Different Product / Variant

  • Only if unused and in original condition
  • Customer pays price difference (if any)
  • If cheaper, the difference is refunded

7. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered

Inform us within 48 hours with photo or video proof for free replacement.

8. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Cases

  • Order returns if address is incorrect or customer unavailable
  • Reshipping possible after confirmation
  • Extra charges may apply if customer is at fault
